I’m swinging back and forth between feeling hopeful about Sunday’s finale and absolutely horrified at what’s about to go down. A big part of me is worried that the writers have been making us fall in love even further with Richard Harrow this season only to rip him away from us in the last episode. Jack said that he was happy with how the season wraps up, but that may very well mean that Richard sacrifices himself in order to save Tommy from Team Gyp. If that happens, I suppose Julia would care for Tommy…but it just doesn’t feel right.
His own family photo for his scrapbook. Heaven.
So how much would it blow your mind to also know that he is British and the grandson of director John Huston?
Nephew of Anjelica Huston, cousin of Danny Huston? Amazing guy with quite the family.
Boardwalk Empire’s Jack Huston stars in new Guinness Black Lager commercial
You guys know I love the ladies. Right? Yes. Now that we have that out of the way, we can get down to brass tacks.
I’ve only ever seen Jack Huston in HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, where he plays a WWI vet who wears a mask to cover the left side of his battle-scarred face. And because of that wound (I think?), he has a low, raspy voice and is very timid and shy…torn between what he wants to be and realizing what he actually is. He’s kinda scary looking; not approachable; etc. Great character. Love the show. Moving on.
This new Guinness commercial shows him sans mask and raspy voice and the dude is… I don’t know how to say this other than bluntly: good-looking. Seeing him do this commercial makes me appreciate his acting skills that much more.
Also, if you’re not watching Boardwalk Empire, then you hate booze, gangsters, ladies, history, and AMERICA!
